Our program combines the knowledge of leading physicians in the fields of Neurology, Psychiatry, and Sleep Medicine with Health and Behavioral Coaching to deliver a holistic, personal experience. Cognitive skills and techniques are taught in conjunction with sleep hygiene through revolutionary state-dependent learning, increasing brain function during each session, and long after. As every person and situation is different, the program is customized to fit the needs of each individual. Every skill and technique is presented in a way that encourages the student to take control, so each element can be utilized in the future for ongoing sleep maintenance, and other areas of life, without the need to rely on a coach. With that being said, we are available for additional help down the road, if desired.
We conduct extensive, ongoing research in the medical, health, and wellness fields, as well as analysis of patient and client feedback. These findings allow us to regularly adapt and improve program offerings to deliver the most up-to-date and effective information to patients and clients.
