Sleep and Relaxation Course

This course is absolutely NOT for you if you are:

  • Looking for a “quick fix” or “instant cure.”
    • “Who doesn’t want all their problems to go away right now?”
  • Not ready to invest your efforts.
    • “I have so many other priorities and responsibilities.”
  • Unwilling to make some changes.
    • “That’s not realistic.  Didn’t I mention all my other priorities and responsibilities?  I need to do things my way.”
  • Okay with taking medications.*
    • “They may, potentially be harmful.  My doctor did warn me of that – but they work, right?  I will check with my doctor and follow their recommendations.”
  • Too busy to practice (we recommend ~15 minutes x 2 per day ).
    • “My days are packed.  I honestly don’t know how I could possibly fit in one more thing.”

If you got through that list without closing out of the page, you must be in the right place.  We’re so glad to have you with us!  Our foundation course addresses two key areas: sleep and relaxation.  It includes hours of recordings, as well as one 30-minute distance session (phone or video conferencing) with a personal health coach.  After your initial call, you may purchase additional coaching sessions to help customize your experience, gain expert advice, feedback, motivation, and support.

This course will teach you proven techniques, and explain how to apply those techniques to gain greater control of your health, by learning to manage your sleep and stress to levels you never thought possible.  After completion of this course, you will have a unique foundation to be more successful with other Epigen courses, which incorporate nutrition, physical fitness, environmental health, and overall lifestyle success.

As soon as you gain access to the sleep course materials, you will gain access to the entire first lesson.  This means you will have an introduction recording, the entire groundwork and foundation for the course, and most importantly, the perfect way to prepare for restful sleep on your very first night!  Not so fast – I know what you’re thinking.  No, this does not mean we guarantee you will have a perfect first night.  This is only the beginning.  Some people do see improvement the first night, but sometimes it takes longer to even notice a difference.  Either way is just fine because everyone is different!  Good or bad, your first night does not determine how you will do for the rest of the program.  The key is that you try, don’t give up, and keep trying!  It takes six whole lessons to introduce the complete set of skills, so as long as you continue to practice, you will be able to continue improving long after you complete the course.
