RESTED

Get ready to go from up all night to absolutely unstoppable!

Did you know that the vast majority of adults (1/3 of the population) suffer from insomnia at one point in their life?

Or that many people suffering from insomnia don’t even realize it (in fact, it’s one of the most commonly misdiagnosed disorders)?

What about the fact that even when it is correctly diagnosed, 99% of insomnia treatments are largely ineffective

From over-the-counter drugs and prescription medications that cover up symptoms instead of fixing the core problem, to basic “sleep hygiene” and relaxation information that only scratches the surface, there are WAY too many people unnecessarily suffering the consequences of sleep deprivation…

Are you one of them?

Have you ever found yourself…

  •  Lying awake night after night, unable to stop thinking about the events of the day (and tomorrow’s ever-expanding “to-do” list)?
  •  Struggling to focus and stay on-task, because your mind is constantly wandering in a million different directions?
  •  Snapping at whoever’s closest to you (your kids, your partner, even your pets!) and watching minor irritations turn major fights?
  •  Hitting the snooze button more times than you’d like to admit and as a result, always rushing around and running late.
  •  Constantly feeling foggy and/or fatigued (and like you need that 2nd or even 3rd cup of caffeine to be human/be productive/pretty much do anything at all?)
  •  Losing the battle to the post-lunch slump (come 2pm all you really want to do is nap…)
  •  Suffering from chronic pain, headaches, migraines, joint stiffness, or illness?

Lack of consistent high quality sleep is likely either the culprit, or at the very least, making other issues significantly worse.

The good news?

There is a light at the end of the sleep-deprivation tunnel (yes...even if if you’re completely skeptical and feel like you’ve tried *everything*)...

Introducing RESTED,

a unique, completely comprehensive, and scientifically-proven approach to help you reprogram your brain for consistently great sleep!

“I was to a point that I needed something to help me with my sleep problems. What I was really surprised at was discovering how much lack of sleep impacts all areas of my life. But now that I’ve completed this program I have valuable tools to be able to deal with all of this on a daily basis.”

“The program was effective. It taught me techniques that I will be able to use now and in the future. As a mom of four, I had a hard time relaxing… [the skills] helped with my everyday life of dealing with four small children, and once I dealt better with stress, I was able to fall asleep and stay asleep.”

"Well, I was a skeptic when I started this program to say the least…I will continue the program all my life because it works and I need it! Now to apply it to more aspects of my life – like eating and exercise!”

In this program we cover…

  •  Sleep hygiene + deep relaxation to help you set the stage for uninterrupted + deeply restorative sleep every single night.
  •  The fundamental behaviors that contribute to a good night sleep (plus how to incorporate them into your everyday routine)
  •  Scientifically proven methodologies to enhance your brain’s ability to focus and concentrate during the day (without the use of medication)
  •  How to reconstruct the neural pathways in your brain to drastically reduce the level of stress you experience (without the use of medication or supplements).
  •  The root cause of your stress (and how to overcome it).
  •  A proven step-by-step system to equip you with increased levels of balance, control, and empowerment in all areas of your life.

“The lack of and poor quality of sleep I was getting were having such a huge negative impact on my life. As the weeks progressed in this program, I couldn’t believe the difference! I’m sleeping so much better both in quantity and quality.”

“After working the program I can say it is worth it. The program has touched every area of my life. My husband is much happier.”

“I was able to get so much out of the program. The program has really helped me with my sleep problems and with normal every day stressful situations. It’s well worth all the time to feel better and more relaxed day in and day out.”

You may be thinking, 'That’s a lot of money. How do I know it’s worth it?'

Let’s crunch some numbers...

  • What happens if you fall asleep at the wheel? The average cost of getting a car repaired after an accident is over $4,000. That’s nearly 3 times more than the most expensive package option, not to mention possible injuries and damages aside from your car -- for one accident.
  • According to an insomnia study by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, the average worker loses 11.3 days, or $2,280, to lost productivity every year. If you have 10 years until you retire, that adds up to $22,800 in lost income!
  • Most people who suffer from insomnia are unable to contribute their full potential at work. If you were able to sleep well and feel great throughout the day, how would it impact your career? The average salary increase is 7-12% for a one grade level promotion. That means the increase from a $50,000 per year salary would be $3,500 to $6,000.
  • Sleeping pills for insomnia cost $17 to $60 per week (and don’t even solve the problem). With 52 weeks per year, that’s $884 to $3,120 annually, or $2,652 to $9,360 in just three years.

If we add up just two of those bullet points, and stick to the low end of the average, the cost is easily over $5,000 in just one year!

Now, compare those expenses to the cost of one course that covers everything you need to get your sleep on track for the rest of your life.

Imagine...

...waking up just in time to turn off your alarm before it sounds. You feel fully rested, and ready to take on the day. Your morning routine is a breeze because you’re a step ahead of schedule.

Not only do you have energy for a morning workout, but you actually make a healthy breakfast, and sit down to eat it while you enjoy some quiet time.

Everything clicks into place as you tackle your daily activities. Your energy remains steady throughout the afternoon, and you don’t need caffeine.

You are more productive than you’ve been in years, so there is no need to rush at the end of the day, or regret what you didn’t complete.

As the sun sets, you’re tired, but you’re content. Those feelings of anxiety and regret you used to have at bedtime? They’re a distant memory. Since you’re relaxed, you are able to fall asleep right after you climb into bed.

You sleep soundly throughout the night, until it is time to wake up for another amazing day.

“I started out sleeping four or five hours on a good night. I have a stressful life and job that I did not think interfered with my sleep. Now I sleep better and longer [over seven hours per night]. I am less stressed and nervous”

“I sleep without waking up during the night. I sleep longer, I feel more rested during the day and I don’t feel the need for daily naps…This program has been VERY HELPFUL!!”

“I definitely would recommend this program to anyone who has insomnia. — I have so much more energy. I sleep great. I feel 20 years younger.”

FAQs

Can’t I just Google this information? What is so different about this course? No. The information found on Google is largely comprised of science-based sleep tips (also called “sleep hygiene”). While this is a great place to start, sleep hygiene only accounts for about 10% of insomnia. Our program covers sleep hygiene along with the other 90%

I have no problem falling asleep or staying asleep, is this program for me? The program also covers stress throughout the day, experiencing daytime sleepiness despite a full night of sleep (often caused by poor quality sleep), and a difficulty with focusing + staying on-task.

What's included in the program? The program includes 6 lessons with additional one-on-one sessions for the second two package options. Each session is completely one-on-one with a qualified professional, and 90 minutes in length. Yes, that’s an hour and a half of undivided attention and customization.

I’m short on time - will I need to do any work on my own in between sessions? Yes, but it is manageable, and will end up saving you time in the long run. We ask that you practice twice per day, for about 15 minutes each time. It’s not difficult, and your coach (and guided audio exercises) will walk you through all assignments during the sessions so you know EXACTLY what to do on your own.

You will also have access to reference materials (included in all package options), and email support (if included in the package you choose). Most people enjoy and look forward to practice sessions.

Has this program helped other people? Yes! We have multiple file cabinet drawers full of testimonials. Here’s what a few of our graduates have to say:

“I started out sleeping four or five hours on a good night. I have a stressful life and job that I did not think interfered with my sleep. Now I sleep better and longer [over seven hours per night]. I am less stressed and nervous.”

I’m not sure if I have insomnia - how do I know if this program is right for me? If it takes you longer than 15 minutes to fall asleep OR you wake up in the middle of the night and don’t return to sleep within seconds, you have insomnia and our program can help.

What if I take sleep medications to fall asleep and stay asleep? If you feel tired throughout the day (or feel fine... but only after you have coffee), that’s because sleep medications do not create quality sleep. How would you sleep if you didn’t take your medications or consume caffeine? That’s a good indicator of sleep quality - which this program will address.

An hour and a half is a long time. What do we do in these sessions? Yes it is a long time, because there’s a lot of important material to cover! We want to make sure you get all the value you need. We teach Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques as they apply to insomnia (CBT-I). But that’s just the beginning.

We also cover our proprietary Epigen® Skills. The first session is all about getting relaxed. The second session begins to address a racing mind. The third, fourth, fifth, and sixth sessions build from the previous sessions and take a very in-depth approach to solving sleep (and stress) issues from the source.

Where are these sessions held, and what times are available? Coaching sessions are offered remotely via Skype, or at our physical office for those in central Ohio. The office address is 7811 Flint Road, Suite C, Columbus, Ohio 43235. The sessions are held during the day, on weekdays. Time slots are available on a first come, first-served basis.

How soon can I get started? We are now taking enrollments to begin next month. Once those spots are filled, the next opportunity will be three-five months out.

This journey goes well beyond sleep...

When you’re rested and free of stress, you’re able to set and accomplish your goals. The arguments with loved ones stop. Emotions are under control.

Other health conditions are able to be managed and treated, if they don’t go away completely with quality sleep.

That’s right, sleep prevents migraines, allows for proper food digestion, and regulates every system in the body.

Go from fight or flight stress mode to being in control of your health and life.
