Our signature Sleep and Relaxation course works. The results have been proven through years of successful outcome, happy graduates, and an independent study. We stand behind it 100%, but we understand it’s not for everyone. The content is quite extensive, and can be overwhelming for some, especially if their lifestyle does not allow for the level of commitment that is needed to complete six lessons.
Our goal is to help bring sleep to everyone in need, so we are working on an option for those who are not able to go through our full Sleep and Relaxation course. This brand new Sleep and Relaxation Mini Course is intended to be a starting point for anyone who struggles to fall asleep, stay asleep, and/or return to sleep.
What does that mean?
If you have not been struggling with sleep for a long time, or if your struggles are not severe, it may be all you need to get yourself back on track and sleeping well!
If you have been struggling for a while, or if your struggles are more severe, that’s okay too, it may be all you need to hold you over until you are able to go through the full Sleep and Relaxation course.
