Today is National Relaxation Day, and I want to use it as an opportunity to say THANK YOU! Yes, YOU! We may not have met in person, or at all, but that doesn’t matter. We have connected through modern technology because we have some big, important things in common.
I’m going to try to make this short because time is precious. I know you’re busy, and have plenty of important things to do today. It’s only a matter of time before something (or someone) else needs your attention.

It may seem like those with careers in health and wellness have no trouble maintaining a healthy lifestyle, but I struggle too! That’s the honest truth. Especially when I’m away from home, or have a big to-do list, it’s hard. Sometimes it’s difficult to stick to my “healthy plans” when temptation and the “easier way” is everywhere. You help me more than you realize. Every like, comment, reply, phone call, and meeting is more encouragement to improve myself, and share what I learn along the way. I want to share with you, and everyone else like us, because we are a team. Not just any team, we are a really awesome team!
You and I are more alike than you think. I don’t have all the answers either, but I do promise to try to find them for all of us!
You are like me because although you may not always know exactly what you need to do for yourself, you do know that taking care of yourself is essential, which is half the battle! Sometimes you sacrifice your health for other things when needed, but you try to prioritize your health whenever possible. You know you can’t take care of anything or anyone else if you don’t take care of yourself. You want to optimize your health so you can take care of all the other aspects of your life to the best of your ability.
Sometimes it may seem like you’re alone in this thinking, but you’re not. I’m with you, and so is everyone else in the Epigen® community!
In honor of National Relaxation Day, let’s make every day National Relaxation Day. I challenge you to take a break for yourself. Relax and unwind, even if you can only spare a few minutes. Thanks to you and your support, I am going to go relax. Have a great, relaxing evening!
