We will give you the tools needed for success, and we are here to help along the way. However, if you don’t put forth any effort, it won’t work. If you dedicate yourself, work with your coach, reach out for help when needed, and stick with it throughout the journey, you can expect to see results that are just as amazing as you are! How much does it cost?
Standard investment options can be found on our “Shop” page. Since some of our programs are custom, the cost depends on the services you choose. Please contact us. We will work with you to determine the best options for you. Our goal is to help you. We will do our best to find a way to help, regardless of what you can afford. We do even offer some FREE resources.
Can I successfully complete this course without completing the sleep and relaxation course first?
You are welcome to try the nutrition course without completing the foundation course. However, you should not expect the same results that you would get if you complete them in order. There will be some things in the nutrition course you will not understand, and will not be able to benefit from, without completing the foundation course first. This is why the nutrition course is not typically offered alone.
Do I have to completely give up dairy, wheat, gluten, or meat to be successful in this course?
No! If you have special needs as determined by you doctor/registered dietitian, that will always come before our course. Further, the role of the health coach is not to tell you what to do and what not to do. We are here to provide information, education, support, encouragement, and accountability to help you reach YOUR goals, NOT our goals for you. However, you should expect to make some changes to what you are currently eating. If this sounds daunting, we have tips and tricks to make it easier.
Can I successfully complete this course if I choose not to eat, or have an allergy/sensitivity/restriction to, dairy, wheat, gluten, nuts, meat, seafood or something else?
Yes! Although it is not required to completely avoid any of these things, you may do so if you and your doctor/registered dietitian decide that is best for you. There are alternatives. Reach out to your coach if you need creative recipes and suggestions that comply with your needs.
Do I need to stop eating all my favorite foods to successfully complete this course?
No. If you have special needs as determined by you doctor/registered dietitian, that will always come before our course. Further, the role of the health coach is not to tell you what to do and what not to do. We are here to provide information, education, support, encouragement, and accountability to help you reach YOUR goals, NOT our goals for you. However, you will need to make changes to see results. We have not found healthy, magic pills.
